1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.

  • Custom-made or special order products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds
