2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • FedEx and DHL Regular Shipping: Estimated delivery time is up to 10 days from the date your order is processed.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is up to 20 days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Customs Duties

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, package weight, and dimensions, and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are Included in our price.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
